hyperMILL

  • A CAD/CAM software program used to create CNC programming for complex parts and components, used by industry heavyweights around the world.

EDGECAM

  • A CAM system that offers a complete solution for milling, turning and mill-turn programming from 2- to 5-axis machining.

CATIA

  • Software used to design, simulate, and analyse complex engineering parts and systems, widely used in the aerospace, automative and industrial industries.

ZOLLER

  • Integrates comprehensive measuring and administrative functions to deliver advanced tooling management and peak performance.

Tricorn

  • We employ the Tricorn ERP system to improve productivity and reduce inefficiencies, with real-time data displayed on dashboards keeping every project on track.

FAUSER

  • A graphic scheduling system we use to plan all our work in real time, taking into account simultaneously running projects, individual staff workflows, and more.

Aberlink

  • We have seven CMMs that use Aberlink software for highly precise measuring.

High QA

  • We also use High QA inspection manager software for recording initial and final quality inspections.

Complex machining made straightforward with precise CAD/CAM CNC programming.

What is CAD/CAM programming software?

CAD/CAM is the integration of computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software. CAD is used to create digital designs of parts and components, often as 3D models that can then be edited. CAM is then used to convert these digital design into physical components by instructing computer-aided machinery.

What is CAD/CAM software used for?

We use CAD/CAM software in both the design and manufacturing stages of part production. Our CNC machines use the 3D models in CAD/CAM programming software to drive the machine tools and turn complex digital designs into precise physical parts.

What are the advantages of using CAD/CAM programming?

Using an integrated CAD/CAM software program to design and machine complex parts has many advantages. Integrated CAD/CAM software enables fast file transfers. We can create a 3D design model of a part and a set of machine toolpaths and workflow directions to create the part all within the same software.

CAD/CAM also streamlines workflows, enabling people to work simultaneously on the same projects and make changes that everyone can see in real-time. Collaboration is made easy, and much time is saved.
