Our motivation
M-CNC set out to expand our presence in the Aerospace sector by partnering with a leading helicopter manufacturer – one with a strong footprint across military, commercial, and civil aviation. We were looking for a strategic relationship that would not only broaden our customer base but also provide long-term workstreams and support our growth trajectory. In every way, Leonardo represented the ideal partner to help us realise that vision.
How it all started
We were pleased to welcome a representative from Leonardo, who visited M-CNC after hearing of our capabilities. Their goal was to assess whether we had the technical expertise, precision equipment, and operational capacity required to meet Leonardo’s exceptionally high standards for part acceptance and supplier performance.
Following a productive meeting, we completed a comprehensive onboarding process, including submission of detailed documentation outlining our manufacturing capabilities, quality management systems, and compliance procedures. This was followed by a formal audit conducted by Leonardo themselves.
We’re proud to report that the audit concluded with zero non-conformances – an outcome that reflects the strength and maturity of our systems, processes, and technical standards. Earning approval from a world-class aerospace manufacturer like Leonardo is a significant milestone for M-CNC, reinforcing our position as a trusted and capable precision engineering partner.
